 TO 30 FEET IN LENGTH, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS THE
 LOADING ZONE IS REPLACED AT AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION.
 THE ALTERNATIVE LOCATION MUST BE DESIGNATED, INCLUDING
 ANY NECESSARY PERMITS TO INSTALL, PRIOR TO THIS PERMIT
 BEING APPROVED BY ZONING.
  
 B. THE CITY EXPRESSLY PROHIBITS CHAIN LINK FENCES WITH
 SLATS FOR SCREENING, SO AN ALTERNATIVE FENCE MATERIAL
 SHALL BE USED. THE SCREENING FENCE WILL REQUIRE A

 C. THE RECONFIGURATION OF THE GROUND LEVEL OF THE SITE,

 E. A RECENT SURVEY SHOWING THE AREA IS REQUIRED SO THAT
