 BARRIER. IF THE PROPOSED WALL IS TO BE THE POOL
 BARRIER, THE GATES SWING IS INCORRECT. IT IS NOT CLEAR
 IF THE POOL HAS A POOL BARRIER. THE POOL PERMIT IS
 EXPIRED, 04090873, ONE CONDITION OF THE POOL PERMIT WAS
 THAT A SEPARATE POOL BARRIER PERMIT BE SUBMITTED AND
 ISSUED TO CLOSE OUT THE POOL PERMIT.
  
 PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN TO CLEARLY SHOW THE POOL
 BARRIER. IF THE POOL BARRIER HAS NEVER BEEN PERMITTED
 AS SUCH, SUBMIT APPLICATION.

 FEATURES CAN EXCEED THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT BY 10%, BUT
 A MEASUREMENT WAS NOT GIVEN FOR THEM, PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE ROUNDED GATE TOP DOES NOT COUNT AS A DECORATIVE
 FEATURE AND MUST MEET HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS.
