 1) THE RESPONSE STATES THAT THE PROPOSED WALK IS TO
 PROVIDE ADA ACCESS TO THE REMAINING HOMESAFE BUILDINGS.
 AS SHOWN, IT ENCROACHES INTO A REQUIRED TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN PHASE 2 AT THE EXPENSE OF A
 REQUIRED TREE, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED. THE PLAN NEEDS
 TO SHOW THE CURRENT, ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
  
 2) THE RESPONSE STATES THAT THE LIVE OAK SOUTH OF THE
 PROPOSED 5-FOOT CONCRETE WALK HAS BEEN REMOVED;
 HOWEVER, THE PACE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PERMIT 21011085
 SHOWS AN E-QV AT THIS LOCATION. IF THE LIVE OAK HAS
 BEEN REMOVED OR RELOCATED, THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT PLANS
 NEED TO BE CORRECTED AND AN UPDATED TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT SHOWING THE STATUS AND A COMPLETE NARRATIVE IS
 REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE, THIS TREE IS SHOWN AS E-QV ON
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT 20070040, WHICH YOU REFERENCED.
  
 3) THE PLAN WHICH HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITH THIS PERMIT
 SHOWS AN EAST/WEST CROSS WALK NORTH OF THE PROPOSED
 TEMPORARY CROSSWALK THAT WOULD ALIGN WITH THE EXISTING
 HOMESAFE SIDEWALK NETWORK. THE PLAN STATES THAT THIS IS
 PROPOSED IN PHASE 2; HOWEVER, INSTALLING THE WESTERN
 PORTION, INCLUDING THE CONCRETE, CURB CUT, AND WARNING
 SURFACE WOULD NOT REQUIRE IT TO BE DONE TWICE (ONCE FOR
 THE TEMPORARY AND ONCE FOR THE FINAL) WITH ALSO HAVING
 TO REMOVE THE TEMPORARY CROSSING ITEMS THAT WOULD
 PRESENT AN UNSAFE SITUATION ONCE PHASE 2 IS BUILT. THIS
 LOCATION USES THE ALREADY PLANNED CROSSING TO ADDRESS
 THE ISSUE.
