 THIS REVIEW WAS FOR THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. THE CARRIAGE
 HOUSE WILL BE A SEPERATE REVIEW ON A SEPERATE PERMIT.
  
 1. PAGE P-1 MAIN HOUSE - 2020 FRC P3108.1 - THE TWO
 WATER CLOSETS ARE NOT VENTED. EACH FIXTURE DRAIN SHALL
 CONNECT HORIZONTALLY TO THE HORIZONTAL BRANCH BEING WET
 VENTED OR SHALL HAVE A DRY VENT. THE FIXTURE DRAIN OF
 THESE TWO WATER CLOSETS SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE WET
 VENTED BRANCH NEAR IT TO BE IN COMPLIANCE.
  
 2. PAGE P-2 MAIN HOUSE - 2020 FRC P2903.7 - THE SIZE OF
 THE WATER LINES AT THE INLET AND OUTLET OF THE TANKLESS
 WATER HEATER DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM SIZE OF THE
 BRANCH MAINS. PLEASE INDICATE HOW THE 1/2" WATER PIPES
 ON THE WATER HEATER WILL SUPPLY 3/4" MAINS. ALSO,
 PLEASE INDICATE THE MAX FLOW OF WATER THROUGH THE WATER
 HEATER AND SHOW HOW IT WILL SUPPLY ALL THE HOT WATER
 OUTLETS IN THE HOUSE DURING PEAK DEMAND.
  
 3. PAGE P-2 MAIN HOUSE - 2020 FRC P2903.6 - SHOW YOUR
 HOT WATER FIXTURE UNITS AND SHOW HOW THE 4.8 GPM WILL
 MEET THE PEAK DEMAND OF HOT WATER PER TABLE 2903.6.
