 600 SQ FT OF CANOPY CREDIT MUST BE ADDED TO SITE OR

 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT FROM THE GROSS LOT SQ FOOTAGE (ALL
 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE PROVIDE OPEN SPACE

 2) PER SEC 94-442(G) LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A

 LANDSCAPE PLAN ARE MET ON THE CHART.
  
 3) PER SEC 94-445(4) SHADE/FLOWERING TREES MUST HAVE A
 MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 12 FT. PALMS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM
 HEIGHT OF 8 FT OF CLEAR WOOD AND THE MINIMUM SIZE FOR
 SHRUBS IS 3 GALLONS. ALL MATERIAL MUST BE FLORIDA GRADE
 1 OR BETTER. PLEASE PROVIDE PLANTING SPECS THAT
 COINCIDE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4) PLEASE SHOW IF MATERIAL PROPOSED IS FLORIDA NATIVE
 OR DROUGHT TOLERANT. PER SEC 94-482 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL PROPOSED MUST BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT ACCORDING TO THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PLEASE PROVIDE TOTAL CALCULATIONS
 OF NATIVE/DROUGHT TOLERANT MATERIAL PROPOSED.
  
 5) PLEASE CALL OUT/SHOW PROPERTY LINE LIMITS AND ALL
 UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING EASEMENTS AND OVERHEAD
 WIRES ON LANDSACPE PLAN. LANDSCAPING PROPOSED OUTSIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY LINE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY MUST BE
 SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT, AS PUBLIC UTILITIES,
 ENGINEERING SERVICES AND PARKS MAINTENANCE MUST REVIEW
 AND APPROVE THE PLAN.
  
 6) PER TP 22-1959, 600 SQ FT OF MITIGATION IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE REMOVAL OF 2 MANGO TREES,
