 ALLOWED TO REPLACE YOU EXISTING DRIVEWAY PATH SINCE IT
 IS ALREADY PRE EXISTING. HOWEVER YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
 EXPAND WHAT IS ALREADY THERE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT
 ALLOWED TO CREATE MORE NONCONFORMING THAT WOULD NOT
 MEET CURRENT CODE STANDARDS. PLEASE LABEL SURVEY
 REPLACING EXISTING DRIVEWAY NO EXPLAINING WILL BE MADE
 ON THE SURVEY THAT SHOWS THE CURRENT DRIVEWAY RUNNERS.
 IN ADDITION THE SHED IS CONSIDERED AN ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE THEREFORE THE SETBACKS FOR THE SLAB WOULD BE
