2022-03-28 11:36:3403/28/21 FAILED - THE MEASUREMENT PROVIDED IN THE SITE
 PLAN FOR THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS INCONSISTENT WITH
 WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE SURVEY. THE SITE PLAN SPECIFIES
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS 8 X 11 FT WHEN THE PROPERTY
 LINE IS 21.08 FT AWAY FROM THE HOME. THEREFORE, THE
 SURVEY MEASUREMENTS WERE USED FOR CALCULATIONS. UPON
 RESUBMISSION, ENSURE THAT THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE SITE
 PLAN MATCH THE SURVEY MEASUREMENTS.
  
 PER CITY CODE, THE LESSER OF 1000 SQ FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF AREA IN THE FRONT YARD MUST BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS EXCEED
 THE 75% REQUIREMENT, THEREFORE THE SITE PLAN MUST BE
 AMENDED TO ALLOW FOR APPROXIMATLEY 150 SQ FEET OF
 LANDSCAPED AREA. A POSSIBLE SOLOUTION COULD BE TO
 INSTALL TWO STRIPS OF PAVERS AS OPPOSED TO AN ENTIRE
 DRIVEWAY
  
 ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE 3 FT SIDE SETBACK
 IS CONSISTENT THROUGHOUT THE NEW DRIVEWAY AS THE WIDTH
 INCREASES.
