 CITY CODE SEC 94-482 (A), THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). BASED ON
 MY CALCULATIONS, THE FRONT YARD IS APPROXIMATLEY 1330
 SQ FEET WHILE THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS LEAVE ONLY 825
 SQ FEET OF LANDSCAPING. THE SITEPLAN MUST BE AMENDED TO
 ALLOW FOR THE REQUIRED AOUNT OF LANDSCAPED AREA.
