 PROPERTY. IN ORDER TO INSTALL HANDHOLES AND BORE UNDER
 PRIVATE PROPERTY IS MUST BE IN A GENERAL UTILITY
 EASEMENT. THIS GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT MUST BE CLEARLY
 SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
  
 3) THE CLOSEST EDGE OF THE EXCAVATION FOR BORE PIT
 23+68 MUST BE SHOWN AT LEAST THREE FEET FROM THE TRUNK
 OF THE ADJACENT PALM TREE. THE BORE MACHINE MAY NOT
