 PROPERTY IS BARE IN SPOTS, OVERGROWN IN OTHERS. PLACE
 SOD ON ALL BARE DIRT AREAS. REM (NO MULCH).
 REMOVE ALL OUTDOOR STORAGE
 BOARDS WERE REMOVED FROM WINDOWS, BUT PERMITS WERE
 NEVER ACQUIRED TO REPLACE WINDOWS. MY INSPECTION FROM
 JUNE TO RECENTLY SHOWS THAT THE WINDOWS WERE ALTERED
 AND NO PERMITS WERE ACQUIRED.
  
 THIS IS THE SECOND FAILED INSPECTION THE APPLICATION IS
 NOW DENIED AND NEW ONE WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEES WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH A LIEN
 REDUCTION.
