 REVIEW COMMENTS:
 1. FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS FOR NATIVE PLANT GROUNDCOVER
 IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR SEASHORE PASPALUM. THIS WOULD
 ALSO RECTIFY THE DISCREPANCY OF TAKING 51% IN TWO
 CATEGORIES FOR GROUNDCOVERS AND GRASS.
  
 2. DESIGN OPTION 6 IS ALSO NOT APPLICABLE AS THERE ARE
 NO REQUIRED SHADE TREES IN VEHICULAR USE AREAS FOR
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONING.
  
 3. TOTAL FOR FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS IS INCORRECT,
 REVISE WITH CORRECTIONS.
  
 4. SECTION 94-445 I. PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60
 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE
 OR DROUGHT TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST
 OR THE LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF
 SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF PLANTS
 THAT ARE DROUGHT TOLERANT OR NATIVE BY DIVIDING THE
 NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PLANTS ON THE
 PLANT LIST. SQUARE FOOTAGE IS NOT USED IN THIS
 CALCULATION.
  
 5. NOTE THAT ANY ARTIFICIAL TURF PROPOSED MUST BE SHOWN
 ON THE PLAN AND MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-451, INCLUDING ONLY PERMITTED IN THE REAR SETBACK
 AND SIDE SETBACK. ARTIFICIAL TURF SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE
