 PERMITS AND REQUIRED INSPECTION.
  
 THIS IS THE SECOND FAILED INSPECTION UNDER THIS
 APPLICATION, AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH
 THE LIEN REDUCTION. IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE WITH
