 INCLUDE THE REQUIRED FIXTURES.

 FEMALE, FAMILY, OR ASSISTED USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECS. 403.1.2 & 403.2 FBC P. PLEASE REMOVE THE
 "EXISTING TOILET ROOM TO REMAIN" NOTES. THE DEMOLITION,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND PLUMBING PLANS INDICATE NEW TOILET
 ROOMS- SEC. 107.2.1 WPB.
  
 3) A-7.4: PLEASE INDICATE WHICH CODE IS BEING USED TO
 DESIGN THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S HANDICAP BATHROOMS. ADA IS
 NOTED IN THE DETAILS HOWEVER SHEET A-3.3 INDICATES THE
 PLANS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE- 2017. THE FBC-17 INCLUDES FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE- 2017. PLEASE REVIEW SEE THE LIST OF
 FBC ACC COMPLIANCES BELOW AND REVISE THE PLAN:
 A) CENTERLINES OF THE WATER CLOSETS FROM THE SIDE WALLS
 SHALL BE 16 INCHES MINIMUM TO 18 INCHES MAXIMUM- SEC.

 FLOORS SHALL 17 INCHES MINIMUM AND 19 INCHES MAXIMUM TO

 SURFACES FROM THE FINISHED FLOORS- 606.3.

 7) P0.1, P0.2, & P1.1: A GREASE INTERCEPTOR IS REQUIRED
 TO RECEIVE THE DRAINAGE FROM THE SINK AND DISHWASHER IN
 THE FOOD PREP AREAS- SEC. 1003.3.1 FBC P. INSTALLATION
 OF THE INTERCEPTOR SHALL BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT- SEC.
 105.1 WPB.
 A) REVISE THE PLANS TO SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 INTERCEPTOR AND PLUMBING PIPING REQUIREMENTS. SHOW THE
 GREASE WASTE PIPING RUNS FROM THE FIXTURES TO THE
 INTERCEPTOR AND FROM THE INTERCEPTOR TO POINT OF
 CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING OR SEWER DRAIN.
