 1.) PROVIDE AND UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE SURVEY MUST REFLECT THE PARCEL OF THE
 SCOPE OF WORK ONLY.
  
 2.) AS DISCUSSED WITH THE CONTRACTOR, A UNITY OF TITLE
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED TENNIS COURTS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 3.) SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
 SETBACK DISTANCE MUST COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS. [ZLDR S.94-145 AND S.94-302]
  
 4.) THE PROPOSED TENNIS COURT PROJECT IS ALSO A PART OF
 THE PROPOSED CPD. THE PLANS PROVIDED IN THE CPD
 APPLICATION MUST ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING FOR CONSISTENCY:
 A) SITE PLAN MUST BE UPDATED TO REFLECT AS SUCH. B)
 PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S). SETBACK DISTANCE AND FENCE HEIGHT
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS IN SEC.
 94-302(C) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). C) A REVISED SURVEY WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE PROPERTY AT 411 CLAREMORE DRIVE
