 DIGITALLY SIGNED PLANS THAT WERE PRINTED.
  
 IF THIS APPLICATION FAILS REVIEW - WHEN RESUBMITTING,
 UPLOAD INDIVIDUALLY SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS IF
 POSSIBLE. IF YOU CANNOT OBTAIN PLANS IN THAT FORMAT,
