 1) THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT IS EXTREMELY LOW
 ($2,450.00). THE PERMIT APPLICATION DOES NOT INDICATE
 THE SQ. FOOTAGE OF THE PROJECT. THE FLOOR PLAN GAVE THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF VARIOUS FLOORS. FLOORS NOT
 DIMENSIONED WE CAN CALIBRATE THE PLAN FROM THE KNOWN
 DIMENSIONS. THE AREA OF FLOORING TO BE INSTALLED IS
 APPROXIMATELY 832SQ. FT X $11.58 (LAMINATE &
 UNDERLAYMENT) = $9,634.00 DOLLARS, CALCULATED VALUE.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING OR ALTERATION APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDING OR
 ALTERATION THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 THE ALTERATION SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO
 INCLUDE DEMOLITION, DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS, FLOOR FLASH
 PATCH, UNDERLAYMENT COST AND LABOR, THE FLOOR FINISH
 COST OF MATERIALS AND LABOR PLUS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
