 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS. PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS MISSING THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE. THIS PAGE IS REQUIRED BECAUSE IT
 SHOWS THE CURRENT CODE VERSION AND THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 STATUS. CHAPTER 553 F.S. AND FAC 61G20-3.001.
 NOTE: SUBMIT COMPLETE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL (COVER
 PAGE AND INSTALLATION DRAWINGS) IN ONE PDF FOR EACH
