 1. NO SITE PLAN WAS PROVIDED. PLEASE ENSUE THAT A SITE
 PLAN IS INCLUDED SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 SCOPE OF WORK, ETC. ENSURE THAT THE SITE PLAN MATCHES
 THAT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBMITTED/APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON SHEET A1.1.0 THE AREA
 SURROUNDING THE HALFWAY HOUSE DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE
 PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE SITE PLAN
 AMENDMENT.
  
 3. STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH REGARD TO THE REVISED DESIGN
 OF THE BUILDING AND THE APPEARANCE OF THE HALFWAY HOUSE
 AS ONE APPROACHES FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE / ROUNDABOUT.
 ENHANCEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE TO ADDRESS THE NEGATIVE
 BACK-OF-HOUSE APPEARANCE.
  
 4. THE AREA AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING
 SHOULD BE REEVALUATED TO PREVENT THE GENERAL PUBLIC
 FROM BEING ABLE TO WALK AROUND TO THE CONDENSING UNITS,
 MECHANICAL ROOM, ETC. STAFF IS OPEN TO DISCUSSION OF
 REDESIGNING THE SIDEWALKS, BLOCKING THE PATHWAY WITH A
 LOW GATE, OR OTHER ALTERNATIVE. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF
