 PAVED WITH A NONDUSTING SURFACE. EXAMPLES ARE ASPHALT,

 PLANS.
 3. PROVIDE ALL DIMENSIONS OF DRIVE AISLES.
 4. ANY ARTIFICIAL TURF PROPOSED MUST MEET ALL THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-451. EAST PATIO CANNOT
 CONTAIN ARTIFICIAL TURF, AS IT CANNOT BE INSTALLED
 WHERE IT WILL BE VISIBLE FROM THE ROAD OR STREET PER
