| | AS THE MEAN HIGH WATERLINE AND MEAN LOW WATERLINE, |
| | SHALL BE PROVIDED. |

| | 2.3. DOCUMENTATION SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THAT |

| | 2.8. ALL DOLPHINS SHALL HAVE A REFLECTORIZED BAND OF AT |
