 FOOTNOTE A OF TABLE 403.3.1.1 ALLOWS THE DESIGNER TO
 USE THE NET OCCUPIABLE FLOOR AREA FOR THE CALCULATIONS.
 I ASSUME WHEN I SEE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IN THE
 CALCULATIONS THAT THIS IS WHAT WAS USED. THE
 CALCULATIONS APPEAR TO BE LOW.
