 2.) WEST FACADE SIGNAGE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN
 AREA. PER ZLDR S.94-408(A), THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN
 AREA IS 75% OF THE SIGN AREA TABLE. PLEASE REVISE SIZE
