 1) THE SITE PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE NEW WORK ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. PROVIDE A CLEAN COPY OF THE
 SURVEY AS IT APPEARS THE PLAN PROPOSES TO EXTEND AND
 SQUARE OFF THE WALKWAY ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
 ANY EXPANSION OF THE WALKWAY (AND THE PROPOSED DECK)
 MAY NOT BE CLOSER THAN TWO (2) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE. SETBACK DIMENSION IS REQUIRED ON THE PLAN.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE. MUST BE AT LEAST
 3.25 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
