 1- THIS IS A CONTRIBUTING HISTORIC HOUSE. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION SPECIFIES INTERIOR DEMOLITION ONLY. PLANS
 SUBMITTED SHOW INTERIOR DEMOLITION AND THE DEMOLITION
 OF SOME EXTERIOR WALLS. IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE
 HISTORIC VALUE OF THIS HOUSE A DEMOLITION PERMIT WILL
 NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE RECONSTRUCTION PLANS ARE
 APPROVED BY HISTORIC AND BUILDING REVIEW. (SEE PERMIT
 #21070481).
