 5'-0" HIGH WINDOW PROVIDE THE REQUIRED. CLEAR HEIGHT.
  
 2- EXISTING BEDROOM LOCATED ON SOUTH SIZE OF PROPOSED
 HALL.
 THIS BEDROOM USED TO HAVE AN EGRESS DOOR LEADING TO THE
 OUTSIDE. THE DOOR WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW FOR THE NEW
 ADDITION. SPECIFY SIZE AND TYPE OF EXISTING BEDROOM
 WINDOW TO REMAIN TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS

 IS SPECIFYING R-30 CLOSED CELL SPRAYED INSULATION UNDER
 THE METAL ROOF. PROVIDE ICC EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE
 R-30 INSULATION IN THIS ROOFING SYSTEM TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE REPORT IN
 WRITING PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
