 THE PLAN ALSO STATE THE TYPE OF WINDOW BEING REPLACED,

 IT APPEARS THAT THIS WORK MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN
 COMPLETED. WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMITS IS NOT
 GRANDFATHERED. THIS IS A HISTORIC STRUCTURE, IT IS
 UNLIKELY THAT THE EXISTING WINDOWS WERE HORIZONTAL
 ROLLER WINDOWS NO WINDOW PERMITS IN OUR RECORDS THAT GO
 BACK TO 1998). FOR FLORIDA BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE,
 THE ISSUE IS THAT HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOWS MAY NOT
 COMPLY WITH EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE AND MAY NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT ALLOWS AN EXACT
 REPLACEMENT REGARDLESS OF OPENING SIZE.
  
 3. FBC 109, VALUE IS TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 OVERHEAD, PROFIT. VALUE IS TOO LOW. ALL OTHER WINDOW
 REPLACEMENT APPLICATIONS HAVE A VALUE OF ABOUT $1000
 PER OPENING. THIS APPLICATION IS $118 PER OPENING,
 APPROXIMATELY 1/10 THE VALUE OF COMPARABLE
 APPLICATIONS. IF WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT PERMITS, THE
 VALUE OF THE WORK NEEDS TO BE THE VALUE AS IF THE WORK
 WAS NOT DONE AND IS PROPOSED.
