 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE HEADING SCOPE OF
 WORK STATES INSTALL OWNER SUPPLIED KITCHEN CABINETS &
 DEMO EXISTING CABINETS. THE STATED VALUE FOR THIS
 PROJECT IS $4,380.00 DOLLARS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PERMIT VALUE IS TO BE THE FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR THE
 MATERIALS O BE INSTALLED AND LABOR. THE VALUE OF THE
 CABINETS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, PLEASE PROVIDE SALES
 RECEIPT FOR THE CABINETS.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION
 REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF
 NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.

 DRAWING FOLDER, THE CONTRACTOR OF RECORD HAS NOT TAKEN
