 1) THE CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP
 IS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, CITYPLACE
 RETAIL, LLC, MAY STAMP A LISTING OF THE SPECIFIC PLANS
 INCLUDED WITH THE SUBMITTAL.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING CHILLER,
 INCLUDING THE SLAB, FROM GRADE.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED CHILLER,
 INCLUDING THE NEOPRENE PADS AND THE SLAB, FROM GRADE.
 THE 100 INCH HEIGHT LISTED IN THE SPEC SHEET DOES NOT
 INCLUDE THE PADS AND SLAB.
  
 3) PROVIDE HOW THE CHILLER WILL BE SCREENED AFTER THE
 INSTALLATION. THE PHOTOS SUBMITTED WITH THE DEMO PLAN
 SHOW THAT THE SCREENING ON THE FENCE IS MISSING ON TWO
 SIDES AND IN POOR SHAPE ON THE WEST SIDE WHERE IT
 REMAINS. IF THE NEW CHILLER IS TALLER THAN THE EXISTING
 ONE, ADDITIONAL SCREENING HEIGHT IS REQUIRED.
