 1A) DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE SURVEY AND PROPOSAL FOR
 LENGTH OF AWNING. THE SURVEY & AWNING FRAMING PLAN
 STATES 59 FEET IN LENGTH, WHEREAS THE PROPOSAL STATES
 60 FEET IN LENGTH. DISCREPANCY IN LENGTH OF AWNING.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1B) THE PROPOSAL STATES FIRE DAMAGE TO EXISTING
 STRUCTURE. WAS THERE DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING OR TO THE
 OLD AWNING (FRAME)? WILL THERE BE FRAMING, TRUSS TAILS
 & ROOF SHEATHING THAT NEED REPLACEMENT, ADDITIONAL
 WORK. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE

 THE CURRENT CONDITIONS ON THE PROPERTY. IT IS ALSO VERY
 DIFFICULT TO SEE THE PROPERTY LINES FOR THE PROPERTY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY.
  
 2.) AWNING CANNOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A
 REQUIRED SETBACK. PLEASE PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF
 THE PROPOSED AWNING TO THE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR
 S.94-305(B)(5)]
  
 3.) IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THE PROPOSED AWNING WILL
 ENCROACH/ELIMINATE PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF PARKING ALONG THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS TO BE REMOVED, THEN ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION WILL BE REQUIRED ON THE EXISTING USE AND
 EXISTING NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED ON SITE. IF
 THE SITE IS DEFICIENT IN THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING
 SPACES, THEN THE EXISTING PARKING CANNOT BE REMOVED ON
 THE PROPERTY.
  
 4.) MINOR DISCREPANCY WITH THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
 AWNING. DETAILS SHEET STATES A 15 FT. X 60 FT. AWNING
 AND SURVEY SHOWS A 15 FT. BY 59 FT. AWNING. PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 5.) INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE VERTICAL
 CLEARANCE OF THE AWNING FROM GRADE.
