 THIS IS CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SEC. 605
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SETS OF
 PLANS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROPOSED USE. SEC.
 1001.2.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 604 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND SEC. 801.3 EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. PLANS NEED TO BE
 DRAWN TO SCALE, AND SHOWING ALL ROOMS DIMENSIONS.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: THERE ARE SEPARATE ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND
 PLUMBING PERMITS FOR THIS PROPERTY. A MAIN BUILDING
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE GARAGE CONVERSION, THEN ALL
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL PERMITS SHALL BE
 CHANGED TO SUB-PERMITS TO AVOID MORE CONFLICTS AND

 SPECIFIC PROJECT WHICH HE OR SHE INSTALLS.
 PLEASE, HAVE EITHER A LICENSED ENGINEER, PROVIDE A
 SIGNED AND SEALED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATION AND A SIGNED AND SEALED MECHANICAL DRAWING,
 OR
 THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THE SYSTEM SHALL
 PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS AND A CODE
