 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A LEGIBLE PLAN DRAWN AT A MINIMUM 1/8
 INCH PER FT. SCALE THAT CLEARLY DEPICTS THE INTENDED
 SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE GARAGE. THE NOTES ON THE CURRENT
 DRAWING INDICATE "CLOSE THIS SIDE". THE PALM BEACH
 COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS WEBSITE INDICATES THE GARAGE
 IS ACTUALLY AN EXISTING CARPORT. IT APPEARS THAT
 POSSIBLY THE INTENTION IS CLOSE THE OPEN WALLS OF THE
 CARPORT AND CREATE NEW LIVING OR STORAGE SPACE. IF THIS
 IS THE INTENTION, PLEASE PROVIDE THE NEW USE OF THE
 CARPORT AND PROVIDE A SCOPE OF WORK OUTLINE ON THE PLAN
 THAT ITEMIZING ALL PHASES OF BUILDING, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, AND MECHANICAL WORK- SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DRAWINGS, DETAILS, AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR ALL PROPOSED WORK. PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FBC RES- FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE 7TH EDITION 2020- SEE R101.2
 FBC-RES.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT NEW STRUCTURAL WORK ON THE EXISTING
 WALLS, OR INSTALLATION OF NEW ENCLOSURE WALLS WILL
 REQUIRE DRAWINGS AND DETAILS THAT ARE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTIONS R301.1 AND R301.2.1.1 FBC RES.-
 ALTERATIONS OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS OR NEW CONSTRUCTION
 OF EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST DEAD
 LOADS, LIVE LOADS, AND WIND LOADS. FOR ADDITIONAL CODE
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON YOUR INTENDED USE OF THE SPACE
 PLEASE REVIEW CHAPTER 3 OF THE FBC RES AND PROVIDE
 COMPLIANT DRAWINGS AND DETAILS.

 DWELLINGS (AISI S230).
 5. 5. FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING; OR

 CONSTRUCTION IN HIGH WIND AREAS SHALL BE PERMITTED FOR

 SPEED OF 130 MPH (58 M/S) OR LESS IN EXPOSURE B AND 110

 R301.2.1.3.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 4.
 2.EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION

 3.FOR STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS, THE PROVISIONS OF

 4.EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND SOFFITS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 CHAPTER 7.
 5.ROOF SHEATHING SHALL BE ATTACHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R803.
 6.ROOF COVERINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 9.
 7.FOR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE APPLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LIMITATIONS OF
 SECTION R608.2.
