 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK. HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 2. AS 55TH ST IS THE NARROWEST FRONTAGE IT IS
 CONSIDERED THE LEGAL FRONT SETBACK PURSUANT TO ZLDR
 ARTICLE XIX: LOT LINE, FRONT, MEANS THE LINE SEPARATING
 A LOT FROM A STREET, ROAD OR OTHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. AT ALL CORNER LOTS, THE FRONT LOT LINE
 SHALL BE THE PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE WHICH
 POSSESSES THE NARROWEST LENGTH. THE OTHER PUBLIC STREET
 RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE CONSIDERED THE CORNER LOT LINE.
