 MANUAL. THE USABLE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DESIGN
 SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE LISTED UNDER REQUIREMENT
 7 FBC ACC AND CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE MANUAL. BASED ON
 A LACK OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE PLANS THE
 ACCESSIBILITY AND FAIR HOUSING REVIEWS ARE CURRENTLY
 STOPPED PENDING RESUBMITTAL OF REVISED PLANS.
  
 5) NUMEROUS REFERENCES TO CIVIL PLANS HAVE BEEN MADE ON
 THE DRAWINGS HOWEVER PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED. A
 COMPLETE PLUMBING REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT CANNOT
 BE COMPLETED WITHOUT THE WATER AND SEWER CIVIL PLANS-
 SECTION 107.2.1 WPB. THE CIVIL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE
 LOCATIONS OF ALL POTABLE WATER BACKFLOW PREVENTERS
 WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR THE NEW SERVICES TO THE
 BUILDINGS- SECTION 608.1 FBC P. PLEASE NOTE THAT FL.
 LICENSED PLUMBING CONTRACTORS SHALL OBTAIN SEPARATE
 PERMITS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 105.1WPB AND SEC. 90-33 WPB
 CODE OF ORDINANCES. THE DEVICE SHALL BE TESTED AND
 CERTIFIED BY THE WPB UTILITIES DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
 FINAL INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE

 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
