 1) THE SITE LINE DRAWING THAT WAS PROVIDED SHOWS THAT
 THE NEW RTU IS VISIBLE. THE USE OF THE SKY VINYL WAS
 ONLY AUTHORIZED FOR THE ORIGINAL ROOFTOP UNITS WHEN THE
 SITE LINES WERE PROVIDED THAT DID NOT ACCURATELY SHOW
 THAT THE EQUIPMENT WOULD BE VISIBLE DURING THE
 PERMITTING PROCESS. STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE A ROOFTOP
 PLAN THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE EQUIPMENT VISIBLE, WHICH
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE PALM BEACH OUTLETS DESIGN
 GUIDELINES. AN ALTERNATE (LOWER PROFILE) RTU MUST BE
 USED.
  
 2) PRIOR TO CO OF THE THIS PERMIT FOR THE AVALON SPACE,
 A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO UPDATE THE

 PART OF THE PROPOSED RENOVATIONS. THE REMOVAL OF THE
 LANDSCAPE REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT. NOTE: IT APPEARS THAT THE AMOUNT OF FOUNDATION
 PLANTING THAT IS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED WILL RESULT IN
 A DEFICIENCY OF THE REQUIRED FOUNDATION PLANTING, WHICH
 DOES NOT PERMIT THIS PERMIT TO BE APPROVED.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE SITE LINE DRAWING FOR THE FULL HEIGHT,
 INCLUDING CURB, FOR THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT (AHU, FAN, ETC.) TO VERIFY THAT IT IS NOT
 VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC FROM THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 3) THE LABELS ON SHEET A300 ARE UNREADABLE. PROVIDE AN
 SHEET WITH LEGIBLE LABELS.
  
 4) THE PALM BEACH OUTLETS DESIGN GUIDELINES REQUIRE
 THAT CANOPIES PROJECT A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET SIX
 INCHES FROM THE BUILDING. PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE
 CANOPY ON THE PLANS (SHEET A320 MAY BE THE BEST ONE).
