 INDEPENDENT LABORATORY IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY PROCEDURE
 COMPLIANCE PER THE 2017 FBC-ENERGY SEC. R 403.10.5
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
