 SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING AND IT
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT BY 60% OF THE
 BUILDING. THERE ARE NO BUILDING FACADE DIMENSIONS OR
 THE SIGN BAND TO DEMONSTRATE THAT ALL SIGNAGE PROPOSED
 ON THE FA?ADE COMPLIES WITH THE SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE NMUD-TRANSITION ZONING DISTRICT.
