 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE DISTANCES TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES AND DISTANCE FROM THE OTHER BUILDINGS ON
 THE PROPERTY. FBC 107.2.5
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 3) UNLESS THE PLANS ARE PREPARED BY A FLORIDA LICENSED
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER THEY ARE REQUIRED TO BE DESIGNED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN APPROVED PRE-SCRIPTIVE METHOD OR
 THE FBC RESIDENTIAL. THE PROPOSED FOUNDATION TYPE IS
 NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT ENGINEERING. FBC 301
  
 4) THE FBC REQUIRES A DOUBLE FLOOR SILL BEAM AROUND THE
 EXTERIOR TO SUPPORT THE WALLS AND CARRY THE FLOOR JOIST
 LOADS. THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS DESIGN THAT
 WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. FBC R502
  
 5) IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC HURRICANE CLIPS AND ANCHORS
 THAT WILL BE USED. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC-R 301.1
  
 6) SPECIFY THE SPECIFIC EXTERIOR PLYWOOD THAT WILL BE
 USED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING MATERIALS,
 DOORS AND WINDOWS. FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE
 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW
 (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR
 TYPES. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
