 BEACH UTILITIES DEPARTMENT ACCORDING TO THEIR CROSS
 CONNECTION CONTROL MANUAL PAGE 11 (C). IF THIS IS AN
 ISOLATION BACKFLOW, IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED
 BY A LICENSED BACKFLOW CONTRACTOR. A REPORT MUST BE
 FILLED OUT AND BE WITH THE PERMIT AT FINAL AS THE
 INSPECTOR MUST TAKE FOR CITY RECORDS. PLEASE NOTE IF
 ISOLATION, A DRAIN WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE BACKFLOW
 DISCHARGE AS AN INDIRECT WASTE. ALSO, CONTAINMENT
 BACKFLOW WILL NEED TO BE WITHIN 5 FEET FROM THE METER
