 2) THE POLE NEEDS TO BE IN LINE WITH PALM TREES ALONG
 DATURA STREET. PLEASE NOTE THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE POLE
 MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES FROM THE CURB.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 EXCAVATION PIT FOR THE PROPOSED HANDHOLE WITHIN THE
 FLAGLER DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY, GENERALLY MIDWAY BETWEEN
 DATURA AND EVERNIA STREETS, TO THE TRUNK OF THE
 ADJACENT PALM TREES. THIS DIMENSION SHALL BE NO LESS
 THAN 5 FEET.
  
 4) THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY CALL OUT THAT THE BORE, AND
 THUS THE BORE EQUIPMENT STAGING, IS DONE FROM THE BORE
 PITS ALONG FLAGLER DRIVE. THE BORE EQUIPMENT MAY NOT BE
 STAGED ADJACENT TO A PALM TREE (AT THE POLE OR AT THE
 HANDHOLE) SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE TREES.
  
 5) THE POLE DESIGN AND THE UNDERGROUND FIBER PATH/DEPTH
