 GUESTS, EMPLOYEES, FLEET VEHICLES, CUSTOMERS, ETC. FBC

 3) SHOW HOW THE CAR CHARGING STATIONS AND PARKING
 COMPLY WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY. NOTE: THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL HAS DETERMINED THAT ACCESSIBLE CHARGING
 STATIONS ARE TO BE PROVIDED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF
 CHARGING STATIONS PROVIDED AT EACH LOCATION USING FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY TABLE 208.2. IF THERE ARE BETWEEN 1 - 25
 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED WITH CHARGING STATIONS, THEN 1
 SUCH SPACE MUST BE ACCESSIBLE. ADVISORY 208.2 MINIMUM
 NUMBER. THE TERM "PARKING FACILITY" IS USED IN SECTION
 208.2 INSTEAD OF THE TERM "PARKING LOT" SO THAT IT IS
 CLEAR THAT BOTH PARKING LOTS AND PARKING STRUCTURES ARE
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION. THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE IS TO BE
 CALCULATED SEPARATELY FOR EACH PARKING FACILITY; THE
 REQUIRED NUMBER IS NOT TO BE BASED ON THE TOTAL NUMBER
 OF PARKING SPACES PROVIDED IN ALL OF THE PARKING
 FACILITIES PROVIDED ON THE SITE.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
