 MUST SHOW WHICH POLE IS BEING USED SO THAT STAFF CAN
 VERIFY IMPACTS. IF YOU ARE USING THE TRANSFORMER, YOU
 MUST PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THERE IS A UTILITY
 EASEMENT THAT ALLOWS POWER SUPPLYING YOUR FACILITY TO
 CROSS CITY OWNED PROPERTY. IF THERE IS NO EASEMENT,
 POWER TO SUPPLY YOUR FACILITY MAY NOT CROSS CITY OWNED
 PROPERTY. THE BEST METHOD IS ON A SURVEY; HOWEVER,
 RECORDED DOCUMENTATION THAT CLEARLY IDENTIFIES THIS
 LOCATION IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE. NOTE: FPL STATING THEY
 HAVE AN EASEMENT, DOES NOT VERIFY THAT THEY HAVE AN
 EASEMENT. IF NO EASEMENT IS PRESENT THE UNDERGROUND
 ELECTRIC MUST COME FROM AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION.
  
 3) THE HANDHOLE AND BORE PIT NOTES ON SHEET P-1 STATE
 THAT THE SIDEWALK WILL BE RESTORED; HOWEVER, SIDEWALK
 AND LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL NEED RESTORATION. PLEASE

 4) THE EASTERNMOST BORE PIT APPEARS TO CROSS THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE ONTO CITY PROPERTY, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED. ALL WORK IS TO REMAIN IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 UNLESS THERE IS A UTILITY EASEMENT PRESENT AND SHOWN ON
 THE SURVEY. THIS GOES FOR ALL THE INSTALLATIONS THAT
 ARE IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PLANS SHOW THE GAS LINE WITHIN
 2-FEET OF THE CAISSON AND THROUGH THE MAJORITY OF YOUR
 BORE PITS. IN ORDER TO VERIFY THAT THE INSTALLATION
 WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EXISTING FACILITIES,
