 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.5 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE,
 FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. SUBMIT AN ACCURATE
 SURVEY AND SITE PLAN.
  
 2) SUBMIT COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS THAT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R301.1. BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES,
 AND PARTS THEREOF, SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO SAFELY
 SUPPORT ALL LOADS, INCLUDING DEAD LOADS, LIVE LOADS,
 ROOF LOADS, FLOOD LOADS, SNOW LOADS, WIND LOADS AND
 SEISMIC LOADS AS PRESCRIBED BY THIS CODE. THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE SHALL RESULT IN A
 SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES A COMPLETE LOAD PATH THAT MEETS
 THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF LOADS FROM THEIR
 POINT OF ORIGIN THROUGH THE LOAD-RESISTING ELEMENTS TO
 THE FOUNDATION. BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTED AS
 PRESCRIBED BY THIS CODE ARE DEEMED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION. SPECIFY ALL CONNECTORS,
 ANCHORS, LUMBER TYPE AND SIZES, SPACINGS OF POSTS,
 COLUMNS, RAFTERS, ETC.
  
 3) SUBMIT FOUNDATION PLANS. FBC-R301.1
  
 4) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS AND
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES PURSUANT TO
 FBC-R301.2.
  
 5) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 6) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION R318 PROTECTION AGAINST
 TERMITES.
  
 8) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF COVERING. FBC
 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001
 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA
 NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING
 MATERIALS. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
