 3B) THE BASEMENT BACK OF HOUSE STAIRS TO THE FIRST
 FLOOR HAVE AN OPEN STAIRWAY NOT ENCLOSED ON THE
 BASEMENT LEVEL. THE FIRST-FLOOR LEVEL BOTH STAIRS HAVE
 A LARGE ENCLOSED STAIR VESTIBULE, IS THIS ROOM USED FOR
 ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN PART OF THE VERTICAL EXIT FORM
 THIS BUILDING? THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY STORAGE WITHIN
 THE ENCLOSED PORTION OF THE STAIR WAY. WHILE THE
 FIRST-FLOOR WEST EXIT LOBBY DOES SHOW AN EXIT SIGN TO
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. THE EAST STAIR YOU
 RE-ENTER THE CHURCH AFTER LEAVING THE ENCLOSED EXIT.
 HOW ARE YOU GOING TO STOP THE OCCUPANTS FROM USING THIS
 STAIR INCASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
  
 3C) THE PLANS RE SILENT AS TO WHAT FINISHES ARE GOING
 TO BE IN THE BACK OF HOUSE EXIT STAIRWAY? TABLE 803.11

 3D) IN THE FRONT ENTRYWAY OF THE CHURCH ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING THERE IS A ROOM AND NOTE STATING
 THAT THE EXISTING STAIR TO BE REMOVED, REPLACED WITH
 WOOD FLOOR OVER EXISTING METAL POST. HOW ARE THE
 EXISTING METAL POST GOING TO TRANSFER THE FLOOR LOADS
 WITHOUT FLOOR JOIST AND HORIZONTAL BEAMS TRANSFERRING
