| | THE EOR SHALL EVALUATE THE FORMER CONDITION IMMEDIATELY |

| | ATTIC AT THE ATTIC ACCESS OPENING. REQUIRE A PLUMBING |
| | PERMIT FOR THE SAME. ENGINEERING WILL BE REQUIRED FOR |
| | THE ADDITIONAL LOAD ON THE EXISTING ROOF FRAMING BOTTOM |
| | CHORDS. |

| | 8) NEW EXTERIOR DOORS INSTALLED AT THE MAIN HOUSE. NOT |
| | REFLECTED ON THE APPROVED PLAN. |

| | 9) IT APPEARS THAT SPRAY FOAM INSULATION WAS APPLIED IN |
| | THE ATTIC OF THE MAIN HOUSE. THIS WAS NOT REFLECTED ON |
| | THE APPROVED PLAN. THE PLAN SHOULD BE REVISED TO |
| | SPECIFY TYPE OF PRODUCT APPLIED, IGNITION BARRIER, AND |
| | R-VALUE TO BE OBTAINED. |

| | 10) A NEW WATER HEATER IS INSTALLED UNDER THE STAIRS AT |
| | THE NORTH ELEVATION AND APPEARS TO BE LOWER THAN THE |
| | BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. |
