 INSTALLATION OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 105.1 WPB AND SEC. 90-33 WPB CODE OF
 ORDINANCES. THE DEVICES SHALL BE TESTED AND CERTIFIED
 BY THE WPB UTILITIES DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO FINAL
 INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE CONTACT
 THE WPB UTILITIES CENTRAL OPERATIONS DEPT.AT

 B) GREASE INTERCEPTOR: SUBMITTED PLANS SHALL INCLUDE

 1003.3.4 FOR HYDROMECHANICAL INTERCEPTORS OR 1003.3.6
 FOR GRAVITY TYPE INTERCEPTORS. MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION MANUALS SHALL ALSO BE
 SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
  
 34) REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFCATIONS
 AND INSTALL MANUALS FOR THE WATER HEATERS, WASHING
 MACHINE, MIXING VALVES, RECIRCULATION PUMPS, SUMP PUMP,
 PIPE INSULATION, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT BACKFLOW PREVENTERS-
 SECTION 107.1 WPB. PLEASE ALL SUBMITTALS MAY BE
 DEFERRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 107.3.4.1 WPB.

 DEPARTMENT ACCESS, SO THE PROPOSED 20 FOOT WIDE
 CONNECTION CANNOT BE NARROWED. THE PEDESTRIAN ROUTE
 MUST BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO THE FENCING OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE.
  
 2) EVEN THOUGH A SEPARATE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT, WITH
 PLANS, IS REQUIRED, ZONING NOTED THAT THE ELECTRICAL
 REVIEWER HAD ADDED A PASS STAMP TO SHEET E 0-1-1 THE
 ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN AND THUS REVIEWED THE PLAN. ZONING
 WILL NOT APPROVE THE PROPOSED PLAN.
  
 A. THE UNDERGROUND DUCT BANK LINES (HIGHLIGHTED BY THE
 GREEN BOXES ON THE ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THE PLAN) MUST
 BE MOVED OUT OF THE LANDSCAPE AREAS AS THEY DIRECTLY
 CONFLICT WITH APPROVED TREE LOCATIONS. THEY CAN BE RUN
 UNDER THE PAVEMENT.
  
 B. THE DUCT BANKS ARE SHOWN COVERED BY COMPACTED EARTH,
 WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LANDSCAPE AREAS. THE TREE
 ROOTS WILL NOT PROPERLY GROW IN COMPACTED EARTH.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE TREES NEED A FULL THREE FEET OF COVER
 FOR PROPER ROOT GROWTH, WHICH DOES NOT OCCUR DUE TO THE
