 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF

 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS
 GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED.
 3. A HORIZONTAL ROLLER IS INAPPROPRIATE WINDOW TYPE FOR
 THIS PROPERTY. REVISE TO SINGLE-HUNG OR PAIRED
 SINGLE-HUNG AS REQUIRED TO MATCH EXISTING. THE
 SINGLE-HUNG?S WILL REQUIRE A HORIZONTAL 2/2 LITE
 PATTERN TO MATCH AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE THE EXISTING
 AWNING WINDOWS. THE LOW PROFILE AVAILABLE FROM CGI IS
 THE IDEAL MUNTIN. IF BEDROOM EGRESS CANNOT BE
 ACCOMMODATE WITH A SINGLE-HUNG WINDOW, REVISE TO A
 CASEMENT.
 4. REVISE ALL WINDOWS TO HAVE AN ANODIZED (SILVER)
 FRAME COLOR.
 5. REVISE THE WINDOW TO THE LEFT OF THE FRONT DOOR THAT
 IS CURRENTLY A PICTURE WINDOW AND FLANKED BY AN AWNING
 WINDOW TO A CENTER PICTURE WINDOW FLANKED BY CASEMENTS.
 IF IT CAN BE DEMONSTRATED THAT AN XOX HORIZONTAL ROLLER
 WILL RECREATE THE APPEARANCE OF THESE WINDOWS BETTER,
 THAN IT MAY BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE.
  
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
