 1) THE INSTALLATION OF THE PERMANENT RETRACTABLE ROOF
 STRUCTURE IS A MODIFICATION TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN
 AND REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION TO THE PLANNING DIVISION. THE
 PERMIT WILL NOT BE PASSED BY ZONING UNTIL THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT IS APPROVED.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THAT THIS PERMIT ONLY
 COVERS ROOF STRUCTURE #1. YOU NEED TO ONLY SUBMIT THE
 INFORMATION FOR STRUCTURE #1. ON THE PLANS THAT SHOW
 BOTH STRUCTURES, YOU NEED TO MARK OUT STRUCTURE #2,
 WHICH WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3) STRUCTURE #1 MEETS ZONING REQUIREMENTS AND CAN BE
 APPROVED BY ZONING ONCE THE MINOR AMENDMENT IS
 SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED. WHILE NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT,
 ZONING LOOKED AT STRUCTURE #2 AND WILL NEED
 CLARIFICATION AS PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT ON HOW THE
 EXISTING OAK TREE CANOPY ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE ARE AFFECTED ITS INSTALLATION.
