 1B) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES PROVIDE THE DISTANCE FROM THE
 CORNER OF BUILDING, AND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN OPENINGS
 AND IDENTIFIES OPENINGS BY NUMBER. WHAT THE PLAN FAILS
 TO PROVIDE IN INFORMATION IS THE TYPE OF OPENING
 (SINGLE HUNG WINDOW / IF ONE OR MORE WINDOWS IN THE
 OPENING), AND THE OVERALL SIZE OF THE OPENING AND IN
 INCHES, WIDTH X HEIGHT.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2017 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY AND OR
 QUANTITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES.
  
 1C) PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR FLOOR PLAN STATING THERE
 IS TO BE A WINDOW BUCK INSPECTION BEFORE YOU INSTALL
 THE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. YOU MUST SCHEDULE ALL
 INSPECTION OVER THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM ONE DAY IN ADVANCE
 OF THE DAY YOU REQUEST.
  
 2)YOU SHOULD HAVE A SHEET LISTING EACH OPENING,
 IDENTIFICATION OF OPENING, SIZES, AND ASSOCIATED
 PRESSURES. PLEASE LIST THE PRESSURES IN VASD. NO WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA WERE PROVIDED.

 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 2.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 2.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 2.. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 2.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 2.5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
  
 2.6. TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING.. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED
 CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE ALL 3 PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE LOADED INTO
 ONE DOCUMENT FOLDER. EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL NEEDS TO BE
 LOADED INTO ITS OWN DOCUMENT FOLDER. PLEASE ALSO NOTE
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOUND ON SHEET 29 OF 46 DOES NOT
 HAVE THE COVERSHEETS IDENTIFYING IT, THE DAME HOLDS
 TRUE FOR THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOUND ON SHEET 37 OF 46.
 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR
 THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORD
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 4) IN ALL 3 SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS NOTHING WAS
 MARKED IDENTIFYING THE PRODUCT TO BE INSTALLED. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO
 DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING,
 PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF
 GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR
 REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
