 THE PARCEL. THE SURVEY THAT WAS PROVIDED DOES NOT SHOW
 THE LOCATION OF THE FPL POLE, SO STAFF IS UNABLE TO
 VERIFY THAT THE POLE IS IN THE ALLEY AS SHOWN ON THE
 ENGINEERING PLAN. IF THE POLE (AND THUS THE POWER RUN)
