 KITCHEN CABINETS(NEW LAYOUT)AND VANITIES IN BATHROOM.
 BEDROOM/DINING AND A/C CLOSET ALTERATION. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS. REVISE SCOPE OF WORK IN PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 4- FLOORING SOUND INSULATION MATERIAL:
 A) PROVIDE COPY OF THE FLAME SPREAD INDEX AND SMOKE
 DEVELOPED INDEX TEST DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84
 OR UL 723 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 720.1 OF FBC 6TH EDITION
 (2017).
  
 B) PROVIDE COPY OF THE SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS (STC)
 TEST DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90 AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 1207.2 OF FBC 6TH EDITION (2017).
  
 C) PROVIDE COPY OF THE IMPACT INSULATION CLASS (IIC)
 TEST DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492 AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 1207.3 OF FBC 6TH EDITION (2017).
  
 NOTE: TEST SAMPLES TO MATCH BUILDING FLOOR/CEILING
 CONSTRUCTION AND PROPOSED FLOOR FINISH. ALSO, THERE ARE
 TESTS FOR 6" OR 8" CONCRETE SLABS WITH OR WITHOUT
 ACOUSTICAL CEILING. TYPICALLY THERE ARE NOT SUSPENDED
 ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS IN THESE BUILDINGS.
